  1. how early do you have to book train tickets in the u.k. and europe? i'm planning on going in late march of next year. just trying to get my research in. i can't even sign up for pto until 9 months out.

  2. OHare's domestic terminals aren't that bad. It's the international one that is a pain to get through. The security process is nowhere near as good and it's not connected to any of the domestic terminals. Thus, you're required to leave security and do it all over again once you manage to get to another terminal for your layover.

  3. It happened to me twice in Europe this past summer. The best way to get the luggage back is to follow the tracking and intercept it at the airport in the baggage claim when it arrives off the plane and not let it get to the delivery people. The delivery people will add on 2-4+ days and are also notorious for losing luggage.

  4. @Katworkstowander, the SLC, since being renewed, it is very far between gates, and there are no automated walkways and such. I’ve only traveled domestically there, but it is very large and May take some time to connect. Research the time between gates and be ready to ask for assistance from a gate agent.

  5. Yorkshire Tea is the absolute best. I use to drink PG Tips until I went to Betty's in Harrogate and York and I've been hooked ever since.🙂👍☕ Hope Jocelyn got her luggage back.

  6. Reason why I never check in luggage since it means there a possibility on losing luggage. That why I always prefer to just do carry-on on personal items placed under the seat in front of me. Hopefully Jocelyn can get her luggage back.

  7. Hey Mark, I love watching you travel tip videos! I always find them informative and funny. I am from Vancouver and I really liked to watch what you were recommending to the folks out there about that! I have a few questions as I missed the live chat.
    1. How do you let people know that a live chat is planned? I follow you on Instagram too and I guess I missed the announcement.
    2. My hubby is a teacher and and we are always stuck to travelling either at Christmas, March spring break, and for longer trips the summer, which is peak season travel times. Can you do a video about how to get the best deals for these times or how to navigate Europe in the summer when it is busy and you can’t avoid travelling at that time. Some of your videos recommend just not to travel at those times, but it doesn’t help those of us who are forced to travel then. We are just two travelling as our kids are grown.

  8. Love's Travel Stop (truck stops) have always been a safe place to get petrol for me. At least here in the Southwest and West. They're also usually associated with a fast food restaurant or two.

  9. Please do a do and don'ts on, what to look for and what ro avoid in gas stations on interstates. I dont know what ro look for traveling 70 mph. What are the best gas stations? I think a lot of your traveling people want to know.

  10. I had a bad experience driving in PR. There was a gas shortage. I had to go to 5 different gas stations in order to find gas. So maybe don't go below half a tank.
