19. I mean you can chew gum just that you can’t sell it in Singapore and import it into Singapore. Personal use is permitted. Of course you can’t litter it. And trust me when I say that people in Singapore jaywalk, heck I’ve done it, it’s just not strictly enforced although it could be and you technically could be fined $20 on the spot.
