10. It seems that there is severe water damage to the front door of the villa. You would think that a hotel chain of this caliber would have chosen the correct door material and finish to use in a space built above sea water. Otherwise, beautiful rooms and gorgeous views.

33. I find funny when people say that amenities are complimentary. Nothing is complimentary, you already paid for it. Say it doesn’t come at an additional cost. You paid plenty for the room
