How is this a vacation? I would feel more stressed out than I do now. I do not want to plan a military campaign to relax. I just don't get it.
Disney changed from A FANTASY TO A NIGHTMARE, from a Charming experienced to be RIPPED OFF, in every step, even if you have money to burn, still the feeling of being taken for a ride is a very bitter and enraging feeling. Besides the main purpose of Disney is to corrupt kids. Disney you are not going to steal my money, you are going to Hell.
I was there in 2020 b4 Covid. in Jan/Feb is was supposed to be the slow time of year. it was not. I had a bad time, the lines were all min an hour. And some of the cute places I wanted to try closed early at like 5pm
This is why I've never been to a US Disney park haha. Tokyo Disney + DisneySea are way more affordable!
Disney has been expensive for a long time. We took our son to Europe for a Mediterranean cruise because it was cheaper than a week at Disney.
Disney World is over priced, over hyped, over politicized and
over crowded; enjoy your visit there – FOOLS….
No one can afford Disney world now just go to knott berry farm is better ,any way !M!
Everything from hotels, parking, entrance fees, food (smaller portions) has gone up someone commented that a pair of plastic (cheap looking) bedazzled mouse ears are 45.00 each.
I remember when the Contemporary was 50 bucks a night and I thought thatt was very expensive
These places are hell and they charge you so much to be there. I’d rather go to a nice hot country for a couple weeks instead and save loads of money and experience a lot more than corporate Disney that’s just there to rinse you of your money
Spend $1200 on tickets, go the wrong days, and find yourself and your little kids in the middle of a drag Queen free for all fest. No thanks.
Well, Disney is expensive by design. They only want people there if they got money to spend. It shouldn't surprise anyone that Disney is just another greedy corporation that targets our children. We took our daughter there when she was young (27 now) and it was great for her to see it, but we never planned on going again.
I traveled in in India for 6 months for under 8000. You want a real theme park? Go to 6 flags. It's dirt cheap to get in. Just pack a lunch and leave it in your car. Go out to the parking lot for a quiet lunch for 15% of the price.
TIP – when buying lunch they will ask you if you want ketchup, mustard or mayo. If you say yes they charge you for them now, however, they do not tell you. I was shocked to find charges on my receipt for them.
My last trip with friends was 2016. All my friends were shocked how expensive everything was. Most will never go again. I’ve stopped going. Way too costly.
MY FAMILY WENT BROKE AT WDW. MY PARENTS GOT IN A HUGE FIGHT AFTER. GLAD THEY DIVORCED A FEW YEARS LATER,
They forgot they have a competitor. The competitor is universal that has all the Harry Potter theme park including a roller coaster gotta watch movie Harry Potter while riding it…
Prices: Flights are not that bad worst is $200 for now, could rise if you book last minute. There are hotels not inside the studios but outside and can walk to it for similar or lower prices than in this video. Then the price is at or over $100/day. Food is mostly restaurants in and outside the park.
I couldn't afford Disney World or Land then. My parents got me in when I was 5, that was the last time and 60 years ago.
Disney can charge these rates because of their under appreciated under paid house keeping staff. I worked for a company called BVCC. I did repairs and painting inside a lot of these resorts and got to see first hand how dedicated and hard working these people are. They also charge you to park your cars over night at these resorts.
The politics, the lines, the crowds, the price.
Nah, I'll pass.
Don't complain to me that you can't retire.
Nah I rather cruise damn!!!!! Cruises are cheaper folks
It looks like unless you're a SBF scammer, you'd need to take out an extra mortgage to pay for a trip to Disney. furggettaboutit.
No
for what Disney did to Johnny Depp, i'll never spend a dime on any Disney product..
After the way Disney treated Depp, I don't care if the company, as a whole, goes banktupt!
If I ran Disney, I would have put the corprorate legal team behind what is inarguably one of their top assets.
I couldnt afford DISNEY BACK IN TH 90S!
Is this a sponsored vid?
People look at me like I have three heads when I say that my family used to take annual vacations to Disney because we didn't have much money, but still wanted a vacation.
It wasn't that long ago you could get an All-Star room for $69/night (if you snagged the right discount window), buy a long pass with Park Hopper add-on and split the days between trips while getting the "bulk" discount, and swing by Publix on your way into town for food (don't forget to pack a little dorm fridge from 1970 in the back of the van — the maids won't say anything, and the Cast Members at the parks understand that picnicking is the only way a lot of people can afford to come at all). We — manageable driving distance but non-Floridians — used to do a week with four full park days, on property, as a family of four (with the kids never feeling like they missed out on anything except souvenirs) for under $600.
Disney needs to get it's family thing in order. How is the 1st family of Disney having to suffer outside of people's rights being violated and Walter and the other family has full rights and housing on premises. Funny how a few bad epeoples seem to try to push the family out or its best people.
