    The Islands desire for more $9 a night backpackers really took a toll on Bocas Del Toro.
    The low budget tourism made bocas del toro what it is today…a dump!

  7. Interesting vlog. November 2, 2023 Panama is in a lock down. The roads are blocked by protesters, there is little fuel for cars and trucks. People are having difficulty leave their area. The protests based on what one sees on the internet are over a copper mine near the Atlantic Ocean proposed expansion into native protected wilderness area. We have been going to Panama since 2018 and to this point it has been a good experience.

  28. I love it! Actually the last time I go to carenero at night walking from Bibis on the beach to aqua lounge there were a lot of crabs in the grass and we were running and yelling 😂😂😂, they scare us hahah! I will love to try those restaurants when I go back!!!

  31. Hi, it's so funny, we were watching your videos when you were in Mexico last year, looks like we were at Bibi's on the Beach in Bocas del Toro at the same time a month ago approx (22:10 we are the couple on the left far side lol)
    Anyhow, thanks for sharing your stories btw, one of the reason why we went to Puerto Escondido back in November.

  33. My grandmother spent the first 4 or 5 years of her life in Panama. Her father was called in to work on the Panama Canal a few years after it opened. I guess they had been having trouble with part of it. I have the steamer trunk that they brought to Panama WITH part of the 100+ year-old boat ticket on it! I LOVE the walks through the little towns!!! Loved the chickens and the little pathways through the little neighborhoods – and that main walk through the town with no cars. What a great place to be! Looks like a perfect place to get lost!

  35. Yeah, like any country in Central America..dirty, trash everywhere, poor water supply, cold showers are the norm, diarrhea from poor food hygiene. Holes in the road that will destroy your rental car..and mosquitos that can infect you with dengue. No thanks. Its all yours.

  43. That might be one of the most unique ball diamonds I have seen near the airport. I am a ball player so very cool. I would probably be dinging them off the planes if I would be playing there 😁. The beaches are just so beautiful there. You guys are most definitely living. Great video

  44. Another new country!!! Love it. Not too bad for 68$ a night. I appreciate that they focus on the people themselves not the tourists. The buildings look like a blend of Outer Banks, NC with Campeche colors. Mmm ceviche. That pool bar looks great, as does all the beaches. The puns and Dad jokes 😂. God that boat tour looks fantastic. The water looks amazing. I am digging the nature of these islands. Adam your bottom hit the bottom?…😁😂 Death by coconut! Adam, keep it PG bro 😂. Wow that curry and salad looked amazing. I would need a friend to join me on the floating bar. Mainly toake sure I kept floating 😂. The food, islands, nature and good times of this video were fantastic.
